Firstly - the bacteria belong to the animal kingdom, and molds (yeasts, fungi) are among the plant kingdom. However, with hot soapy water and warm can be reasonably sure that the court is free of bacteria or fungi, if the disk has a non-porous surface. If the surface is porous plate can be quite sure that is the court of mold or bacteria free. In any case, it is better that you disinfect the dishes. Use 1 teaspoon of bleach per gallon of water. You must have a drain this solution into your kitchen and bathroom santitizing anytime. The solution is for 2 minutes for non-porous surfaces and 10-20 minutes for each cutting board or a porous surface.
